工作职责: 1、熟悉IB PYP理念及体系,组织学前PYP教学团队,分组结合IBPYP理念及标准实施体系、国内教材进行教案编辑、环创设计、课程研发; Familiar with IB PYP concept and system, organize Pre-school PYP teaching team, combine IBPYP concept and standard implementation system, domestic teaching materials for teaching plan editing, ring creation design, curriculum development; 2、组织IB PYP理念及教学培训; Organize IB PYP concept and teaching training; 3、组织观摩教学,技能展示,教育经验总结交流活动; Organize to observe teaching, skills display, educational experience, summary exchange activities; 4、建立并运营学前IB PYP教育板块的教学质量管理及评估体系; Establish and operate the teaching quality management/evaluation system for IB PYP education in Pre-school programs; 5、建立并运营学前IBPYP教育板块的师资和师训管理体系; Establish and operate the teachers and teacher training management system in the IBPYP education section of Pre-schools; 6、负责在集团层面对学前项目进行IBPYP教学教研指导、课程规划及实施; Responsible for IBPYP teaching and research guidance, curriculum planning and implementation at the group level for Pre-school programs ; 7、负责培养及打造IB PYP学术核心骨干; Responsible for cultivating and building IB PYP academic core backbone; 9、做好与IB官方及校方各部门之间的沟通与协调; Good communication and coordination with the IB official and various departments of the school; 10、做好事业部总经理、CDAC总校长的其它交办事项等。 Other assignments from the supervisors. 任职资格: 1、硕士及以上学历,有出国留学经验者优先考虑; Master degree or above, with experience studying abroad; 2、8年以上IB PYP教学工作经验,其中5年以上教研及课程开发经验,3年以上IBPYP协调员/IB国际幼儿园教学副校长经验; More than 8 years of IB PYP teaching experience, including more than 5 years of experience in teaching and research and curriculum development, more than 3 years of experience as an IBYP coordinator/IB international school teaching assistant; 3、有参加过IB培训官和幼儿园访问官员的培训,并持有IB category1、3证书; With participated in the training of IB trainers and school visiting |
